During use, if there are any problems or errors caused by users, Customers can directly contact the Company’s Warranty Center for assistance.

I/ Cases covered by free warranty:
Product warranty is: to fix defects, technical problems that occur due to the fault of the Manufacturer.

– The product is warranted for free if the product has a warranty period calculated from the date of delivery.
– The warranty period is stated on the Warranty Card and according to the regulations of each Manufacturer for all technical problems.
– There is a warranty card and warranty stamp of the manufacturer on the product.
– Warranty products will follow the warranty provisions of each Manufacturer for technical problems.

Product warranty policy (applicable to end-user customers):

For products provided by the Company that are authenticated with the manufacturer’s defects, the Company applies the policy of Innovation – Replace as follows:

– Exchange 100% New for All Products within the first 30 days after purchase.
– Within 06 months after purchase: Immediately exchange another product for replacement.
– Within 06-12 months after purchase: Return the warranty within up to 40 working hours. The company lends equipment during the waiting period.
– From 12 months after purchase: Return warranty within 72 working hours. The company lends equipment during the waiting period.
Register for warranty service at home:

– When there is any problem with the machinery, within 24 hours of receiving the notice, the Company will be there to fix the problem. In case outside the working time, the Company’s staff will fix it right at the beginning of the next working day.

– All equipment will be repaired on the spot, in case it cannot be repaired, the Company will immediately lend another device for you to use temporarily.

II/ The following cases will not be covered by the warranty (repair is charged):
– For products that cannot be identified, purchased at the Company, the Company has the right to refuse the warranty.

– The product has expired the warranty period stated on the warranty card or the warranty card is lost.

– Warranty card, Warranty stamp is torn, no longer Warranty stamp, Warranty stamp is overwritten or modified.

Warranty card does not specify the Serial number and date of purchase.

– The serial number on the machine and the Warranty Card do not match or cannot be determined for any reason.

The product is damaged due to mechanical impact of dropping, breaking, impacting, scratching, denting, damp, rusting, leaking water or caused by fire or natural disaster.

– The product shows signs of damage due to rats or insects.

– The product is damaged due to improper use of the manual, using the wrong voltage.

– Types of accessories attached such as: Remote control, Controller battery, CMOS battery, power cord, signal wire, line straightener, signal light, fan on the device, or equipment caused by a broken fan causing a fire explode.

– The data, documents, documents and software are provided free of charge, stored with the product (including during the warranty period).

– Arbitrarily dismantling, repairing by individuals or technicians not authorized by the Company.

III/ Incentive policy:

For components that are out of warranty period or are not eligible for warranty, the Company will facilitate support to the maximum extent.

Retail customers who come to send warranty goods at the Company’s warranty office can receive goods: At the place of use OR At the place of shipment.

The company’s warranty department staff will be responsible for returning the warranty goods (after processing is completed) at the place of use by the customer or the place where the customer registers (within a radius of 20 km from the Warranty room). In case beyond the above distance, only receive and return the goods at the place of shipment. At the Company’s warranty department: The process of receiving and returning goods is still according to the old regulations.
